Bárbara Paz began her studies at Teatro Escola Macunaíma, later joining the Antunes Filho Theater Research Center (CPT) at SESC/SP, in addition to participating in several dramatic art workshops given by Yoshi Oida, Robert McRea. Also worked with the TAPA group and the Parlapatões Group. It was directed by Paulo Autran, Bibi Ferreira, Eduardo Tolentino, Hector Babenco, Roberto Lage, Francisco Medeiros, Hugo Possolo, Alexandre Reinecke among others.
