PORTUGUESEHeisenberg: A teoria da incerteza (Heisenberg: the uncertainty principle)
by  Simon Stephens

The play uses Werner Heisenberg’s “uncertainty principle”, - that says that it’s possible to measure the speed or the position of subatomic particles, but never at the same time – to talk about the unusual encounter between two people, with lives and universes that are very particular, and it explores the singularity of each character from the perspective of a few concepts of quantum physics. The play addresses the encounter of a man and a woman, played by Bárbara Paz and Everaldo Pontes, that, circumscribed to solitude and tedium, see in this encounter the possibility of becoming more than their existence and the world itself.
